HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
To make an appointment with the staff at Chenal Valley Medical Aesthetics, please contact us directly at 501-821-2247. A staff member will make sure to set up an appointment time the fits you and your needs. If you prefer, simply fill out our online form and a member of our staff will contact you to confirm your appointment time and date.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. The staff at Chenal Valley Medical Aesthetics would like to allow time before your appointment to fill out paper work and consulting with the doctor or a member of the staff.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify Chenal Valley Medical Aesthetics at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee. Cancellations of packages or private parties require one week’s notice. Groups are subject to a four-week cancellation policy.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY TREATMENT?
Chenal Valley Medical Aesthetics recommends wearing clothing that is loose fitting and comfortable. Treated areas may have a topical cream applied that you do not want to get on your clothing. Abrasive or tight clothing will be uncomfortable if the skin is sensitive after treatment.

At Chenal Valley Medical Aesthetics, we have a variety of skin care products and we make recommendations based on skin types and our patients individual needs.
